The Policy for Exchange or Refund

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, U & Milani will gladly give you a full refund or exchange. Simply return the product within 45 days in its original condition and packaging (including all document, gift, if has) along with the original receipts.  Products which have been damaged, modified or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.

 

We provide life time warranty for U & Milani products. All refunds will be processed after the exchanged or returned products have been inspected by U & Milani professional inspector. The inspecting should be finished within seven working days after the item has been received and the customer will be informed if he/she is eligible to be exchange or refund.  All shipping and handling cost for exchange or refund will be responsible by the customer own.

 

Steps for returning:

1.Read our related information carefully.  If you need more help, contact with our customer representative by email: service@umilani.com for further assistance.

2.Pack all products and documents carefully.

3.Contact local FedEx Office and send the item to the address we appointed with full amount insurance for the returning products.  Meanwhile, please declare the products as CRAFT on your FedEx AWB form.
