Please read the following items carefully when you sign in our customer order program.  It will be more convenient for you to use our all related service.

The Custom Order Program:
1. Please fill out all related information of jewelry and your requirement as detail as possible.  It would be very helpful for us to design the jewelry to satisfy you.
2. After your information and requirement have been received, we will contact you by email to make confirmation.
3. Then, our professional jewelry designer will start to make the draft according to the information you provided which include the finished draft and related description.
4. We will send the draft of jewelry to you by email.  Please kindly check our design carefully and let us know your comments.  Meanwhile, our professional customer service people will contact you for further confirmation.
5. After the draft has been modified, it will be sent to you to check again. When we got your final confirmation of the design, we will provide the quotation of the finished jewelry to you in time.
6.We will proceed our procedure when we get your completely confirmed.
 The procedure includes:  down payment, set model of jewelry, gem cutting, jewelry making and etc.
7. After all works have been finished, we will packing and shipping as per your requirement.
Thus, your order has been finished completely and you will got a unique jewelry, we hope you can satisfy with our services.

The whole procedure is as following:
Fill out the information -- draft -- check and revise -- confirm the design -- quotation and confirm--down payment -- set model and produce -- packing -- payment balance -- shipping

The Term for Custom Order:
1. We provide the service of draft design for free. (complete designing draft after get your first comment )
2. 50% of down payment is required before setting the model and etc.  All related procedure, such as model setting, gem cutting and manufacture will be arranged as soon as the down payment has been received.
3. The balance should be received before the products finished completely and be shipped.
4. We will use FedEx, UPS, DHL or other international courier to send your parcel.
5. There is no return for customer order except the quality problem which may not be damaged by man-made.

The charges for custom order:
1. Finished customize jewelry: Up $500.00 generally.
2. The final jewelry cost include: model cost, metal cost, gemstones cost and labor cost.
3. Delivery & insurance: Free
The estimated finish time will be approximately
3 days from the date of order for draft;
3 days from the date of your first comments for formal design;
7-10 days for model setting (the gems selection and cutting will be proceed at the same time);
7-10 days for manufacture.

For some sets of jewelry with high degree of difficulty, the finished time will expect to be extended as per the specific style.
